Software is easy to demonstrate and hard to trust. A demonstration shows the path that works. What matters is what happens on the paths nobody demonstrated.

Every system is built against a written specification and tested against it. Findings are separated into what was verified by running it and what was inferred from reading it. Where a check passes, a matching check is run that should fail, so that a passing result means something.

Predictions are written before measurements are taken. When a prediction turns out wrong, that is recorded rather than quietly corrected. A record that only contains things that went right is not a record.

An engagement has three parts. A one-time implementation covering configuration, data migration, integration and handover training. A monthly subscription covering the modules in use. And a managed service covering hosting, security, updates and support, included in the subscription rather than billed separately.

Subscriptions are sized by user band and by the modules activated. Further modules can be activated during the term without renegotiating the agreement.

Pricing is quoted against a written scope. It is not published here, because a figure without a scope tells a buyer nothing useful.
